How starting works

Apply + intake
A comprehensive medical and coaching questionnaire, about 10 minutes. You create your account as you go.

Bloodwork
A real lab requisition: hormones, lipids, inflammation, and other markers your provider reviews. Order through us ($149) or bring your own recent labs.

Your protocol
Your coach builds your program from your data. If your labs or symptoms raise a clinical question, you're referred to Dr. Harrington. Any treatment is prescribed only if he determines it's medically appropriate for you.

Medications such as semaglutide (e.g., Ozempic®, Wegovy®) and tirzepatide (e.g., Mounjaro®, Zepbound®) are FDA-approved for specific indications and are prescribed only when clinically appropriate. Not all patients are candidates. If compounded medications are prescribed, they are not FDA-approved and are prepared by a licensed compounding pharmacy pursuant to a valid prescription. Compounded drugs are not the same as, nor are they interchangeable with, FDA-approved medications.
Some medications and products offered through HollyFit LLC may be compounded. Compounded medications are prepared by licensed pharmacies pursuant to applicable law and are not FDA-approved as compounded products. Compounded medications may be prescribed only when clinically appropriate, and availability, formulations, and prescribing decisions may vary based on patient-specific factors and applicable law.
HollyFit LLC works with pharmacy partners that are LegitScript certified, including Greenstone and Partell.
